Calculations run in your browser, and we don't send the numbers you type to our servers.

Your calculations

Every calculation runs in your browser, on your device. We don't send the amounts, names or other details you enter to our servers, and we don't save them. When you close or reload the page they are gone. We don't ask you to create an account or give us your name, email address or phone number.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use your browser's local storage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't see the numbers you type in and doesn't track you across other sites. The pages load no other third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. The tipping guide links to two outside websites, which have their own privacy policies if you click through.

Hosting

The site is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare). Like any website host, it processes the technical details of each page request, such as your IP address and the page requested, and may keep standard server logs. That information doesn't include the numbers you type in.

If you email us

If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and address only to reply.

Advertising and cookies

There are no ads on this site at the moment. If we add advertising later, such as Google AdSense, we'll update this policy first. Third-party vendors, including Google, may then use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads based on those visits. You'll be able to opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and visitors from the EU and UK will be asked for consent first.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
